Your Doctor in Las Vegas

My experience was wonderful the doctor is very concerned about your health. The staff members starting with the front desk to the back office they are all concerned kind and polite and courtesy towards the the patience. I was treated as family and that I love. And the medical facility take various insurances. So give them a call on your next healthcare providers. And see if they take your insurance you won't be disappointed. Kevin Stewart

Dr. Burgos is my family's primary care doctor he's always been so nice, professional and frankly the best doctor I ever been to. I hope it's not true what there accusing him off because frankly I don't believe it.. He actually cares about his patients and listens to all your needs and will answer any questions you have which it's hard to find that in a doctor now a days...

Dr. Burgos is one of the kindest, sincere, and most patient doctor's I have encountered in Las Vegas. I have lived in Las Vegas for 33 years and have been a patient of his for about 6 years. Not only is he professional and through he always listens and you never feel rushed. There should be more doctors like him. He's the BEST! The staff is always pleasant and professional. They always go above and beyond to accommodate appointments for me.

Doctor Burgos has been my doctor ever since he came in the United States. He is a very, very good doctor. He saved my life more than ones and he is the reason why I can still walk. He is an excellent, kind, caring and respectful doctor. My wife and I do not mind waiting a long time just to see him, we know he cares for and about his patients and he gives plenty of time to his patients that comes in and not treat them like he is on a time limit. He is the BEST DOCTOR that is hard to come by and we are very fortunate to know him - a Doctor of the people.

Dr. Burgos office, Highly disorganized, if you call you will get an answering machine and if you leave a message they will respond in about 2 days. If you take your yearly fiscal with Burgos office they wont report to your insurance. I have called and left many messages about this issue and still nothing gets done. If you make a prior appointment to see the doctor you will still wait over an hour and a half to see the doctor, because anyone that walks in gets squeezed in to make sure they make every dollar possible. When I met Dr. Burgos I was happy because I liked his personable approach but His staff is incompetent, He definitely needs a professional office manager. Dr. Burgos its time to take charge of this and be professional.
